NOM 1454 | I tried in a Tequila Reidel. I let the tequila sit for about 10 minutes before sampling. The aroma had some vanilla sweetness but what prominently stood out was earthiness and red pepper. Reminded me of the round bottle Oro Azul. The taste has some light earthiness but creamy, coating my mouth with vanilla. The finish has white pepper and slight alcohol which increased in intensity in the throat and slowly faded away. A very slight bitterness and numbing of the tongue. Very good and typical of old school tequilas.
