NOM 1506 | Heavy molded glass bottle with a big natural cork. This has a big bourbon flavor more like an añejo and some slight bitterness that works in this context. Agave, oak spice and some barrel funk (for me the funk is an element from the aging that is neither sweet as in caramel or creme brule or aromatic as in vanilla) along with alcohol and some woody sweetness. NOM 1506 from A&T Importing, early 00's.
