Nothing special. Not a stand out blanco, not a fan of column stills, strips the flavor profile you are paying for. A little artificial.

Artificial sweetness and lacks agave and blanco characteristics

Aroma: Pineapple flavored Lifesaver candy, a hint of cinnamon and mint, and sweetened Pine-Sol. Flavor: Artificial sweetener with significant bitterness. Some canned fruit flavors, with a tinny aftertaste. Not detecting any familiar blanco characteristics or agave. Finish: Just nothing to recommend here.

Weird aroma. Smells like fake fruit, slight rubber, baking soda and artificial sweetener. I tasted it blind and it smells like partial diffuser to me.

Absolutely nothing jumps out at me in a positive way, just juice to mix in margaritas

LOT: 011-20 View: slightly yellowish, tears corresponding to a distillate of its alcohol content. Freshly served; Aroma: generic astringency that does not evoke any particular flavor. Chemical, acetone, maybe a little wood. Taste: alcohol, a discreet and unpleasant astringency like the white part of a lemon. I let it rest for 10 minutes to open aromas and flavors. Aroma: Some citricity of lemon and acetone. Flavor: It's even less complex, this doesn't taste like tequila at all.

Is centenario good? I don’t know if I’d say that. It’s a pretty bland bottle overall. But it’s also not bad, and it’s quite cheap and widely available, so it’s something you end up drinking a lot in Mexico just because it’s around. I wouldn’t drink it straight but it’s great for mixing.

Easy drinking, reminds me of Mexico/Le Blanc. A bit manufactured tasting but drinkable

Not terrible. Nothing exciting. Kind of a solid, average tequila that’s a little bit sweet. It’s really not that bad, given how it’s made.

I quite like this Plata as it has just enough aging to make a subtle difference from the rest of the blanco pack (without trying to be a reposado) Not sure why the matchmaker details list cooking as autoclave while the bottle itself says “cooked in stone ovens”. Bit hard to believe oven cooked at this price level… still good value either way.

You taste cooked and raw agave first then pepper earth and grass. For a Tequila under 30 bucks Its an ok value, would definitely use as a mixer not a sipper.

I was expecting less. But nothing crazily offensive here. It’s just all ok.

Why is this stuff green? It already tastes like a Paloma out of the bottle. Not my favorite, it’s too bad because Centenario used to be good

Had in Cabo after a Don Julio blanco. Way less peppery. Smooth finish, smell is a little odd like vinyl.

Very slight sweetness, associations of chicken gizzard; liquorish on the finish

I REALLY regret buying this tequila. It leaves a horrible syrupy fake sweetener sensation in my mouth, it's way too sweet, it doesn't taste much of agave and now I have a big bottle of something expensive I don't want. Grr.

Great for Paloma drinks!
