partida elegante nom 1454 caramel apple butterscotch oak. more oak on palate than nose
Beautiful floral notes on the nose and a nice soft finish with light sweetness and oak.

Tastes over-aged to me. Far too much wood, the agave is gone.
Viscous, coats the mouth. Butter.

NOM 1502 | Lot: TPA-126-LA. Acquired at the beginning of 2019. Color: brown. Nose: wood spiciness, menthol, black fermented oolong tea, vanilla. Palate: wood spiciness, vanilla and oolong tea, the menthol keeps it fresh, otherwise wood have felt the wood too cloying. Very slight cooked agave. Finish is medium, the vanilla and wood spiciness persists.

M&J. Classic warmth and mouth of an XA. Buttery, caramel. Nice balance between sweetness and heat.
Very good. Slightly bitty at the end. Great aroma. Not quite worth the 350$ price tag though.
Love this one, I like it when you can taste the quality. How it should taste, old school, not too sweet.
Great stuff with notes of cooked agave, chocolate, salted caramel, tropical fruit, melon, minerals, pepper, and brine.
Have loved this bottle for a long time. Bummed pricing has risen so much and is so hard to find but still one of my all time favorite sipping tequilas to introduce people to.
Pardita Elegante was my first introduction to extra Anejo, so I am sentimentally biased. With each sip you are transformed into an old fashioned western gambling hall. Up front Agave with warm, carmel whisky flavors. This TequilaSnob loves the traditional flavors & warmth of this one.
