This is super rustic and real. There’s smoke, agave, and a musty aroma to this. There’s also this particular type of aroma that comes from real wild yeast that is present here. Flavor is naturally sweet, with a huge amount of agave and smoke. Finish is just straight up agave that hangs there. At 49% abv, it drinks like a 40% tequila.
