Very unique anise profile to this that I haven’t encounter too often before. Vanilla cake aroma and medium palette semi sweet taste. This is a pretty good Tequila, it just isn’t agave forward which is what I’m looking for.

Vegetal but sweet and light. Very pleasant to sip neat but I could see this really shining in cocktails. I tried neat and paired with pineapple and it was a great compliment.
