Dos primos at Chris Porter's tasting Oct 8, 2022 Nose: citrus agave pepper Palate: same as nose with a little vanilla but not fake tasting Finish warmth heat

The high pressure autoclave holds this back as this is a bit astringent intially in the mouth. Once that fades a bit some natural sweetness that was hidden behind comes out and fades to a nice mid tongue buzz.

Aroma: Fresh herbs and citrus aromas, light scent of sweet agave, and pickles. Palate: Cooked sweet agave, white pepper, earth, mineral, zested citrus flavor. Little astringent on the tongue. Finish: short, mineral, botanical.

herbal and earthy, but easy to drink. It can be sipped, but I think it would be a great mixer
