Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour & acidic balance, but rather short permanence. Finish is short to medium, sweet cooked agave with light stone fruit sweetness notes persist.
Federal authorities in Jalisco, Mexico, have seized more than a million litres of “irregular” Tequila, the largest raid by health authorities under the “Together against Illegality” campaign.
A press release of the Health Ministry explained that an operation was conducted on the premises of the Tequila Embajador company in the western state of Jalisco.
