Cooked agave, earth, vegetal aromas and flavors. Thick and oily mouth feel. Medium length finish. Not super complex, but a solid product nonetheless. (Bottle has a a 2006 Mexican tax sticker on it.)
NOM 1360, Mexican 38% abv. 960ml. version, no marbete nor lot code seen but looks like a 2000’s bottling, tasted on 12-13-23 Color: light sweet cooked agave, light stone fruit sweetness, light vanilla, light wood note but very fresh, light black pepper. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, earthy with a touch of dusty sensation. Cooked agave note is sweeter on the palate. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave with light stone fruit sweetness with earthy notes persist.
Very little aroma but a bit of snickerdoodle (cinammon, butter). The bottle has a 2006 tax sticker and may need more time to open. Sweet agave flavor and black pepper finish. Simple but a solid sipper.
