Lots of agave and pepper on the nose, which make for a very pleasant aroma. On entry yet again tons of agave and pepper followed by quite some alcohol burn and citrus. It's a bit acidic in the mid palate and bitter in the medium finish. It's not particularly sweet and the mouthfeel is a bit thin, but not too much. Overall quite a nice blanco and at $220 MX it's definitely worth trying. I like that it's very agave forward and not sweet.
Very mellow and rich. Sweet oaky with nice caramel and butterscotch. Agave ind the background but still detectable. Perfect sipper!
On the sweeter side but not terribly sweet. Oak notes, vanilla, barrel spice, light agave. NOM 1545
