Bottled June 2008 Nose: First pass has some wood, fruit and finely ground pepper notes. A few swirls later, brings on pineapple, ripe red fruit, spice, licorice, butterscotch and wet clay. Flavor: Spice and pepper heat first catch your attention. Second wave of flavors is mellower, with vanilla, salty almonds, and an almost artificial cherry flavoring.
