Nose- Cooked agave hits you straight in the nostrils. Also a very pleasant pepperiness in the aroma. Palate- A nice fruitiness here- flavors of cherry, apple, and a touch of melon. Agave presence holds strong with flavors of eucalyptus and cooked agave. Wraps it all up with an extremely pleasant pepperiness as with the nose. Finish- Nice, longer finish.
