Flores Restaurant -Austin Notes: agave and cream soda Taste: sweet, slight burn
The aroma is very pleasant. Cooked agave is prevalent with hints of vanilla and caramel. The taste is very muted and you can barely taste the agave. It’s very creamy and barely sweet with a touch of alcohol and paper on the finish.
First thing I notice is the added vanilla and the second thing is the lack of complexity. Other than that nothing unpleasant. Typical agave and cracked pepper with average ethanol. Drank meat in a rocks glass at cover 3 round rock tx.
