Fairly clear appearance leads me to believe they reuse their barrels often. N- agave forward, hay, pepper, faint oak, nutmeg, and raisen T- caramelized agave, cinnamon, soft vanilla, baking spice, apple, faint citrus like orange/grapefruit MF- thin F- medium in length and semi sweet
Overall - "fresh" but more of a blanco profile. Aroma - opens w/ agave but only hint of vanilla. Flavor - slight taste of grapefruit + just tad of baking spices. Finish - a little warmth/heat but not much of anything else lingers.
On the nose I got coconut almost immediately which is pretty unusual in my experience. It’s there in the flavor as well with vanilla also prominent. Not a memorable finish but nothing bad about it. I’d definitely not turn this one down if offered!
Blind- Very light color with an aroma that is earthy and vegetal. I get a hint of wet rock and some minerality. Taste: vegetal, herbal, grassy, with a short-medium finish.
