Would like to revisit, had at a bar (Nov ‘23) Great bottle design Cooked agave, simple framework. (Feb ‘24) Overall Impression: Entremanos Tequila offers a balanced experience, with a nuanced profile that showcases cooked agave alongside herbaceous notes and subtle minerality. While the finish may lack some depth, its overall composition is pleasing and approachable. It fades relatively quickly and lacks the complexity found in other aspects of the tequila. Conclusion: Entremanos Tequila offers a refined tasting experience characterized by its balanced profile, showcasing cooked agave, herbaceous notes, and subtle minerality. While the finish may fall short of expectations, its overall quality makes it a versatile choice for both casual sipping and creative cocktails.

My numerical score on ENTREMANOS is an aggregate average scoring of 4 lotes/ABVs. I was invited to try 4 different variations. There have been 4 lotes produced to date. 2 lotes to Spain, 1 lote to Mexico and 1 Lote to be determined…. Lote 1 MX (= 3rd production lote) notes to follow: Aroma: A rather unassertive nose. Light cinnamon and spice. Green agave and canned pears. A glimmer of minerality. This has no glaring flaws. Just a bit tame. Flavor: Sweet. Bitter. Oily. Pepper slowly creeps into the equation. Cinnamon and a unique burnt like sweetness. 700 ml bottle 38% ABV $1000 pesos A great looking bottle on the back bar.

Lote: EM-001-MX, bottled on 10-04-2023, tasted on 10-14-23. Aroma: cooked agave with a touch of sweetness, light mint, fresh, light acidity, light citrus, light minerality. Aromas are not very intense. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, there is a touch of brine on the palate. Light black pepper spiciness. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with minty & acidic notes persist.

Shiny, silver body, very oily. Potent on the nose, but with a low alcoholic note, sweet cooked agave and herbal smell. Slightly sweet on the palate, herbal, mainly basil, good presence of agave and a prolonged finish.
