Aroma: Sweet with that signature additive “cake batter” smell. Taste: Unnaturally sweet, has clearly been artificially sweetened. The excessive sweetness just about covers up any other flavors, it’s like drinking simple syrup. Finish: Strong alcohol bite for an añejo, mixes weirdly with the over-sweetness and is somewhat gag-inducing. Overall: Mixer only, wouldn’t sip on it again. Made a decent Oaxaca old fashioned with it, hardly had to use any agave nectar because of how sweet it already is.

Aroma: Sweet and harsh alcohol. Notes of cake batter and vanilla icing. Taste: Artificially sweet with more notes of cake batter and a bit of milk chocolate.

Average, I enjoyed the warmness/coziness of it but isn’t too high quality especially when taking into consideration the unnatural sweetness of it. There is likely artificial coloring as well. It’s easy to sip on but there are definitely better options out there.
