I was fortunate enough to procure a bottle of this delicious juice from La Cata in the town of Tequila. Wonderfully aggressive 50 tequila that’s not hot and produces flavors of raw and cooked agave, pear and granny smith apples. I love how the cooked agave dominates the nose.
