Nose: Pear, peach and floral notes. Silky creme caramel with light cinnamon and nutmeg. Hints of oak, and agave is still abundant. Flavor: Perfume-like fruit and floral in the first wave. Followed by moderate pepper, vanilla and slight bitterness on the back of my tongue. Finish: Ends with long warming pepper and spices, and a slightly musty bitter finish.

There’s a lot going on in the aroma here. All good! Peach, vanilla, cream soda, melon, cooked agave aromas playing nicely with each other. The flavor follows the aroma, with a long and lingering creamy warmth. Nicely made tequila!
