This Añejo has a nice honey color. You can smell sweet cooked agave, orange peel, brown sugar and barrel notes. I taste the cooked agave right away with some dark citrus notes. You can taste the wood from the aging on the back end right before a nice medium finish. Overall this is a very pleasant Añejo sipper that should be added to any tequila connoisseurs collection. ¡Salud! @AustinTequilaConnoisseurs

Additional aging here adds some barrel sweetness and more obvious pepper and spice on the aroma. Very nice finish of shortish duration.
