NOM 1455 | Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: Lot120416B, bottled on 26-05-2016, tasted on 10-20-23. Aroma: cooked agave with medium sweetness, light stone fruit sweetness, light acidity, light herbal notes, anise, Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Light sweet resinous notes through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with balanced notes and light herbal notes persist.
