Nose: The aromas burst out of the glass, starting with a generous dose of ripe, almost caramelized agave - laced with cinnamon and cloves. A bread like yeastiness follows. Next comes minerals and potting soil. There is the mellow sweetness of the agave playing against the sharper notes of minerals and soil, that holds your interest. Flavor: Black pepper and bold barrel-like spices with an underlying flavor of vanilla wafers, delivered in a semi viscous mouth feel. A hint of chocolate. Slightly tingly on the palate.

So I wasn't expecting much with a name like Juan More Time. But I like trying tequilas that which are not as well known. It was a bit of a sour nose to it. Definitely plenty of cooked agave and fresh cut grass, which I like. Some vanilla tones on the tongue. Fairly nice after taste. Would I buy it again...probably not. Will I try their repo...sure.

Mexican 40% abv. version, lote: LOTE175BDA, bottled on 05-02-2022, tasted on 11-27-23. Aroma: cooked agave, metallic note & mineral, it has a sparkling water sensation, minty and fresh, alcohol sensation is medium high. Light fruity sensation, most likely from agave. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, it has a hint of cooked prune aroma through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with metallic, mineral and minty notes persist.

One of my favorites craft tequila. Juan More Time is the perfect example of the new wave of old tequila profile, great aroma, you can smell the yeast and the agave, pretty fresh and fruity. Awesome body and taste, perfect balance and aftertaste. I'm proud of be ambassador.
