NOM 1468 | Nose: Spices, vanilla, green banana, bubble gum and tag along minerals and moss. I detect mild sulfur notes. Flavor: Striking nutty/almond/macadamia flavors mingling with medium pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Sweet, slightly viscous, but no pronounced agave presence for me. Finish has lingering pepper heat and memories of the nutty components. Not real complex, but interesting.

NOM 1592 | Lote: 10AB029E16, lote número 00001, bottled on 08-06-2016, Mexican 35% abv. version. Aroma: slightly sweet cooked agave! Light notes of white jasmine flowers, slight citrus & acidity, fresh & crisp. Palate: very light sweet cooked agave note, slightly bitter but balances out, celery, fresh, I can smell a hint of floral note through my retronasal. Finish is medium, light sweet cooked agave notes persist.
