Identity Blanco ($35 @ Total Wine) is a hard pass for me. It an addative laden spirit that is not good for mixing or sipping. This is a tequila for those who favor artificial tequila sweetness. Nose: Crisp, bright and mild sweetness. Agave, pepper, and artificial citrus notes. Taste: Thin and mild mouthfeel with unusual sweetness. Cooked agave, citrus and pepper. Finish. Short peppery warmth with a little lingering bitterness.
