Nose: No over the top smokiness here - but mesquite influence is present. Other aromas in competition are menthol, a slightly medicinal note, farm smells, a touch of vanilla, sweet pineapple and agave. Flavor: Semi oily with assertive black pepper and spice. It is “thickly” sweet, some brininess, trace vanilla and the taste of a smokey bandaid. Finishes with pepper and smoke dominating.

Lots of cook agave , smoke, and pepper on a fair but not full silky finish. I prefer the Diamanté from this line .

I’d rather have mezcal...

This one surprised me. I was expecting something really smokey, but it was smooth and actually kind of sweet. This is a good sipper, especially cold, and for taking shots.

aroma: strong (somehow artificial smoke) metal/mineral, eartg taste: same kinda-fakesmoke business, agave, pepper, tabacco, citrus, alcohol, charcoal, earth pasty? texture? (ew!) finish: lingering, not too overpowering personal: me gustan los smokies, pero no sé si compraría esto. for cocktails, maybe? overpowering flavor, too filling i read it resembles mezcal... god only knows. ~80'

This is great for margaritas. If you like adding a splash of mezcal to your margs even better. As a neat pour, the first thing I taste is sulphur and a metallic sting. There’s also an herbaceous note with some zinging blueberry. The front of the pallet is quite a bit sweeter than you’d expect from the nose. That’s the first and most prominent note. It’s young, it’s silver. I didn’t want to keep sipping it neat but I can’t wait to use it in a cocktail.

Wow!

Too "smokey" for my taste, I'd Rather go for Mezcal if looking for this flavors

A interesting tasting Tequila but I think it would be far better with some barrel time. This would be an excellent Tequila for blending with other types of Tequilas to increase or add smokiness to Reposados or Anejos.

Nice balance of smoke. Mesquite smoked tequila. Subtle but pleasant. Would recommend and would order again.
