Very smooth and a bit sweet. Great aromas. Carmel & Vanilla very evident. A cognac-ish flavor and finish. A unique sipping tequila which will remain in my rotation.

Sampled on trip to Mexico last November... it must have been a recently released product at the time and ALL the shops were pushing it like crazy. Not impressed. Way too sweet for my palate. Tastes like it's been artificially sweetened. I personally think it's overpriced for what it is.

It might be too sweet for others but I love it.

Interesting and refined. But it reminds me more of a Grand Marnier than what I expect a tequila to taste like. Drink if after a nice dinner with dessert or coffee.

Aroma was unnaturally sweet for a fine tequila, however it appears to be a very consumer friendly spirit.

Dark tequila with oak vanilla aroma flavor with a medium sweetness like caramel. Very desert like and great with a good cigar like Olivia Series V

Aroma: Very pleasing and inviting notes of vanilla, chocolate, caramel, dark fruits, and roasted agave. Taste: predominantly vanilla sweetness upfront (and some chocolate/caramel notes) with a supporting cast of mild oakiness and very mild agave bite mid palate. Finish: smooth, long sweet finish intermingled with a very mellow alcohol burn. Definitely leans heavily toward a sipping dessert tequila. If you like a strong agave presence and are not into sweet liquors you will not be a fan. Update: my palate has changed significantly since I first tasted Adictivo, to a preference away from tequilas that are sweetened with additives (or those with an artificial vanilla taste, as well as those that are modified to be overly smooth)...hence my revised rating.
