I like this. Reminds me of Karma from the same distillery. Citrus and agave with some sweetness on entry resolving to some white pepper and alcohol. Moderate length finish.

Libre Blanco is a nice surpise for $25 (Total Wine). Use this as affordable sipper or mixer, it's quite versatile. Nose: Mild raw agave sweetness is met immediately with black pepper and alcohol. However, letting this open up you get lime, tangerine, and lemon notes with a slight minerality. Faint hints of lemongrass, earth and limestone. A bit out of balance, but there us a lot going on in the nose. Taste: Not particularly complex. Thin mouthfeel with a bitter punch that is quickly overtaken by black pepper. A slight brinneyness and minerality. Not bad, enjoyable enough to one can sip. Finish: Short to medium length with pepper that sticks to the tip of your tongue.

Mild agave aroma with a very smooth flavor of pepper and citrus. The finish is smooth, almost to easy. The packaging is not great with it's canteen bottle but don't be dissuaded. Value is good. This is why we try tequila in the upper 70s low 80s. I've found many poorly marketed brands that I enjoy. It will be a juice you can serve to anyone.

Was pleasantly surprised with this tequila. It had a good body, with a nice finish. There were plenty of citrus and pepper notes to it which I seek out and was happy to have tried them. Was a little skeptical by the canteen bottle but was glad I tried it... I do have to make a sidenote. The flavors of mint chocolate red pepper and mango are also phenomenal if you're into that sort of thing for a variety of drinks or for someone who is new to tequila. I was really digging the mango as it was not overly sweet but had enough character to stand up to the flavors. One could even just send it over rice if they have the dire need to have some additional flavorings.
