*I tried this served chilled so please take this with a grain of salt* Nose is fairly neutral, I pick up agave but it doesn’t present aggressively. Pretty flat & smooth, I feel like this has been engineered to be easily approachable and not necessarily agave forward. Serve this at a party and everyone will be happy.

Can be found priced between $25 to $49. Great agave flavor with hint of alcohol, agave, flowers and white pepper, vanilla aromas at first but not much finish. We use this for our home made Palomas when we have company and everyone loves it

Light agave on the nose and some white pepper with little burn, very smooth

Nose is off-putting. Cannot place it, almost like a burnt-rubber - not inviting to me. Medium mouthfeel. Taste is mildly-sweet with a bit of pepper spice in the medium finish.

I really don't like anything from this distillery. For this, there is so much better out there for the cost.

I was curious to try this as one of their non-filtered offerings. Aroma of cooked agave and herbal. Flavor of black pepper and agave. Medium finish. Nothing to write home about.

Not a bad blanco but a bit oddly positioned price wise such that I’d rather get a slightly cheaper or slightly more expensive bottle. That said, it’s a clean, solid blanco that’s great for a tequila forward cocktail

Pleasant mineral forward palate. Disappears on the finish. OK for sipping, but makes a very refreshing ranch water.

This was solid, much better than I expected. Not complex, a little thin but sippable if faced with limited options.

Has a decent aroma, flavor is a little peppery. Wouldn’t use for sipping but maybe a mixed drink like old fashioned style.

This ranch water and margarita drinker experimented with this one. Not a big fan, but not a hater either. The black pepper just overwhelms everything.

For a clean classic silver style, this Tequila checks a lot of boxes. Bright agave character with plenty of length on the finish.

First I don’t know how this was in our liquor cabinet or how long it’s been there but it’s not good. Very strong chemical taste, with a strong burn to the nose and deep throat burn. This maybe a good one for a marg but defiantly not a sipper.

Aroma fresco a cítricos y agave, en cuanto al sabor pica en los labios y boca pero no en la garganta fuerte sabor a alcohol y cítricos un poco de agave y after taste muy corto y deja el picor y sabor a alcohol

It does smell decent however it tastes like I'm drinking grain alcohol with agave infused and it burns way to much to enjoy. It's not supposed to burn.

It smells very astringent and unpleasant. Smells like bitter citrus leaves or the bitter smell of a tomato worm when you accidentally smash it. I find it to smell like decomposing organic matter. Tastes like rubbing alcohol smells but with a black licorice/anise finish that is alright.

Maestro Dobel cooks their piñas in traditional masonry stone ovens, NOT autoclaves, using direct-steam heat for 36 hrs, without steam for 12 hrs (maintaining heat in unopened oven), and an air-cooling process after.

Very clean, with nothing off-putting. Nice for the price.

Better served chilled or in a chilled glass, in my opinion. Soft fruity aroma, bit of sweet taste but a little harsh finish. Good mixing tequila or straight shooter. The price does not match the quality.
