Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light vanilla, slightly herbaceous, a hint of stone fruit sweetness, alcohol sensation is low, light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium, cooked agave with a hint of sweetness with light stone fruit sweetness persists.
