Tequila Savant
Very light amber in the glass. Aroma of cooked agave, cinnamon and oak. Flavor of cooked agave, cinnamon, black pepper and oak. Medium finish.
Lot: LT1406168 bottled on 26/08/2016, marbete is from 2011. Color: light yellow. Aroma: sweet cooked agave, light sweet vanilla, stone fruit sweetness, alcohol sensation is low. Palate: sweet cooked agave with vanilla notes, slightly astringent maybe from barrel aging, very light wood notes, good sweet, sour and citrus balance. Finish is medium to long, sweet cooked agave with vanilla notes persist.
