Aroma: hot, floral, almost corn spirit, agave, slight vanilla, lots of perfume, astringent Flavor: floral, almost like a steamed agave (no caramel), vanilla, raw mushroom(?), slight pepper. Not great for sipping, but doable. Finish: quite a bit of heat for 80 proof, somewhere between light and medium viscosity, most flavors drop off quickly aside from pepper and vegetal. Tongue burn sticks for a bit, would actually be refreshing in texture if burn were not present.
