NOM 1466 | Mexican 38% abv. version, no lot codes, marbete is from 2011, tasted on 4-5-24. Color: yellow to slightly dark yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light vanilla, hint of wood note, light earthiness, light citrus, hint of pineapple. Palate: confirms aromas perceived but earthy, mineral flavor/sensations is quite intense on the palate, ends a tad astringent. Finish is medium, hint of cooked agave, hint of vanilla with wood note, earthy and mineral notes persist.
