NOM 1502 | I have tried this blanco on four occasions. Each time was an entirely different experience.... Bottle #1 was quite bright and appealing, prompting me to buy bottle #2, which was very disappointing. The fresh, bright nose and flavors had become muddled in bottle 2. Bottle #3 was overly sweet with a bitter aftertaste. Tonight, November 2019, I was offered a redemption pour. This pour falls somewhere in between my previous experiences. Nose has some citrus, agave, cinnamon. Flavor: Vanilla, nuttiness, baking spice and pepper. It finishes with some bitterness, and an oily sweetness. It seems like there are serious inconsistencies between lotes of this blanco. Current rating is based on the latest evaluation.

NOM 1502 | The swing doesn't have much of a feature, but there's nothing wrong with it. It may have been because I drank from a mini bottle.

NOM 1502 | Green pepper, jalapeño, cooked and raw agave. Little weak on the palate but that’s because it’s only 38% and I usually drink higher ABV. Still a great blanco!! Bottle dated 2014.
