NOM 1499, Mexican 35% abv. version, L DONQUINTIN/REP/108, bottled on 16/11/2009, tasted on 12-13-23. Color: just a tad of yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave with a tad of sweetness, a tad of vanilla, slight earthy, minerality, green vegetal note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, green tea, aromas through retronasal and flavors are quite subtle. Finish is short, a hint of cooked agave with minerality & light vegetal notes persist.
