NOM 1079 | LOTE 31, 35% abv., marbete is from 2002, tasted on 3-2-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, hint of earthiness, light dirt, light fruitiness, light citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, flavor and aromas through retronasal are slightly subtle compared to the nose. Finish is medium, light sweet cooked agave with a hint of earthiness and light citrus notes persist.
