NOM 1477 | Mexican 40% abv. version, marbete is from 2007, tasted on 3-22-24. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, lactic note, light acidity, it seems as if the lactic note softens the ethanol note and makes the aroma softer but quite aromatic. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, lactic note is not evident on the palate, but the agave note feels sweeter. Good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, light green vegetal notes, light earthy notes with sweet and sour balance persists.
