NOM 1137 | Aroma: I get a lot of raw agave, some pepper, clove, cinnamon and orange. A very bright and floral aroma. Flavor: I get a lot of pepper and agave but there's a slight bitterness too. It doesn't completely kill the flavor but detracts from it a bit. Finish: Nice and solid. Lingers for a while and leaves some solid flavors.

NOM 1137 | NOM 1137 Aroma is heavily vegetal (maybe even more so than 7L which is saying something) with just a hint of sweetness (citrus or other fruit). Flavor is very smooth to start with that hint of sweetness but evolves to a soft spice and then ends with a bitter finish. Hothead finish is relatively short. There is a lot going on here and you don't taste too many "modern" blancos like this one. 7/4/2017 (vertical tasting)
