Mmmmmm this is delicious, reminds me of sticky toffee pudding! Actually some agave left I’m there which surprises, I thought this would be all oak all the time. I feel like this is exactly what extra Añejo drinkers are after, it’s a quality product that won’t be around too much longer.

Bottle 12337. Sammy Hagar's Cabo Uno was made to be the Ultra Premium tequila in the Cabo Wabo line. Aged 38 months in American White Oak this is full of spices and fruit along with coffee and caramel. Very approachable this has a great finish that turns to some lingering sweetness over several minutes. Rating 599 02/08/2018

Smell is crazy good. Fruits, wordy, kind of butter rum candy and alcohol. Finish is long, pepper , oak, a punch to your salivary glands. Like bourbon and tequila had a baby this would be the 1st born and Tears would be his sister.

Admittedly, I'm not a regular Cabo drinker, but this was a pleasure. Nice finish, with a bit of pepper that gives it heat on the tongue. Hint of caramel.
