Vegetal and mineral oil present in aroma and palate. Finish as a rough ride, and definitely a destilado not pure 100% agave.

“What’s the cheapest tequila you have? I will try a shot”. House tequila at Lienzo Charo. Limited good tequila menu so I went the other way. Aroma is not bad but nothing really happening. Taste is boring and subtle sweetness with no agave. Finish is not good with non-tequila flavors and alcohol. Not a sipper but ok In the house margarita. EDIT: it’s two hours later…not ok in the house margarita because we have a headache now!

Aroma is literally like a cat box. For the flavor I would never guess this is tequila. Tastes like a mix of vegetable oil and listerine. The finish is just kind of a residue in my mouth that makes me really glad I have some Diet Coke to rinse with. This is the first tequila, out of 333 rated, that I didn’t give a 5 as a value rating. I always rate 5 for value because you just never know with variable prices. But it will never be a good value to buy this tequila.
