NOM 1488 | Nose: A kiss of pine, and mineral start. Pepper, herbs, and earth. A dash of cinnamon and cloves. Flavor: Big departure from the nose: warming and sweet and mouth coating. Roasted nuts, agave and caramel. Hint of herbs, dill? Some salinity. Finishes with a lengthy pepper blast, caramel and vanilla. Big pepper in this one. $200 pesos for this dusty old bottle.

Review #190 - El Conquistador Tequila Reposado

After trying the blanco, my expectations were high. I was expecting something sweet and fruity, but this surprised me with something totally different.
