Sweet on the nose, but not cloying. Lemon grass and citrus, slight pear. Flavor is bright, baked agave with a crisp, medium finish. Very enjoyable blanco from NOM 1079
Blind tasted: Fruity, melon, cantaloupe, green pears, cooked agave, sweet citrus, white pepper. Was amazed by this profile! Surprise of the night
