I reviewed this tequila one hour after dinner. I was totally relaxed and stress free. The color is light gold and bright. No sediments at all. The aromas started out fruity: bananas, tangerine, orange and them the sweet agave kicked in. After letting it air out for about 15 minutes, I began to get banana bread aromas . No burn on the nose at all. The taste is sweet . I get subtle oak but not overpowering . This Anejo is very balanced. The mouth feel and finish is super silky . Excellent Tequila. I can tell that the farmer, distiller and everyone involved worked hard to create this tequila.
