NOM 1560 | Nose is full on aroma. Initial oak and cedar (pencil shavings) impression quickly mellows into nuttiness, vanilla, and nectarine. There are undercurrents of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and cellar mustiness. Flavor: Vanilla and oak predominate, with spicy cloves, cinnamon and white pepper. NOM 1560 | Vanilla, pitted fruit (dried apricot?) and brown sugar aroma. Nice, thick mouthfeel and slightly astringent finish. A pleasant tequila but the aroma and color appear to be due to additives.

NOM 1522 | Super astringent "extra dry" anejo. Aromas of nuts and faint mushroom/mold.

Very rich and deep mushroom aroma with some nutty characteristics. Taste contains cinnamon and slight clove. The finish is long and dry.

Probably the best tequila for the price I have ever found. Better than other bottles Ive purchased for 4-5 times the price. Really sad they are not making this anymore. Great agave flavor and sweet but not too sweet like some tequilas (addictivo, cava de oro, etc)

NOM 1560 | Definitely, one of my favorite tequilas. Color deep amber, with orange tones, clean and transparent, shades and reflections of gold with some copper tones. In nose, it’s intense, with a smooth alcoholic impact, notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate, has presence of dried fruits and sweet caramel, has notes of aromas like honey. The back taste is spiced with pepper, cinnamon and confirm the promise of nuts. It’s a very balanced tequila, smooth flavor in mouth. Remarkable finish of vanilla and woods. Another great option for a gift to share with your beloved people. Highly recommendable. One of a kind tequila.
