This one is not a sipper for me. Aroma: earth, raw agave and alcohol. Palate: herbal, agave, lots of earth, some bitterness, vegetal. Finish: strong alcohol, bitter and long burn.

Ton of citrus: lemon/lime. Minerals. Hint of vanilla and trace spices. Flavor: Abundant agave. Peppery. Pleasant oily sweetness. Not terribly complex. Finishes with a reappearance of vanilla, but accompanied by some bitterness.

fairly one dimensional but I really enjoyed the longer finish on this blanco, has a mild heat and a numbing sensation it will save you some cash for a budget level blanco. can sip it or make a great margarita
