Nose: Initial wave of sweet cooked agave is followed up with some cellar mustiness, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and mild garam masala with a floral touch. It is not a robust or vivacious nose, but it contains a lot of interesting elements. Flavors: Deep rich vanilla melding into the dark caramel notes, giving you a sensation of a silky, but slightly scorched creme caramel. Juxtaposed, there is white pepper, spicy cardamom and the tiniest hint of tannic oak bitterness. Agave is hanging in.
