Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, slightly earthy, a hint of vanilla, a hint of stone fruit sweetness. Slightly acidic with a touch of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Slightly minty. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with light citrus & lightly earthy notes persist.
