Rich vibrant nose. Ripe peaches and apricots surround the baked agave notes. Delicate baking spices starring cinnamon. Buttery flavor. Honey and licorice and white pepper. Great balance. Long finish with butterscotch, licorice and pleasing pepper heat. Wish I had a backup bottle of this one!
