Straightforward, pleasantly agave forward.

This has so much lemon it makes me think that someone was tailoring it for margaritas!?! A nice and soft drink by itself, if additives are to blame for the aftertaste it’s certainly an effective use of them.

This was on my wish list, but it disappointed a bit. It wasn’t very complex on the nose and smelled solvent-y. The taste wasn’t dominated by agave, but more grassy, herbs and butter and cinnamon. The “finish” was almost nonexistent. I expect a blanco to be very agave forward and this just didn’t happen for me here. I actually enjoyed the reposado expression better. It’s still good, but didn’t blow my mind.

Mexican 38% version. Nice med/slow legs. Sweet agave, round fruit notes, lite spicing of cinnamon with mineral/earthiness and nice smokiness. Buttery, spicy agave flavor. The viscous sweetness plays nicely with the pepper notes. Rich in the mouth, but has punches of baking spices to hold the attention of the taste buds. Revisited this bottle from 2015. Perhaps some manipulated sweetness and ??? Glycerin???

Immediate strong aroma of agave, wet cement and grass. Hot, spicy flavor explodes in the mouth with distinct flavor of peppermint and cinnamon. Despite initial explosion of flavor finish is relatively short-lived.

I got this bottle of Los Tres Toños blanco several years ago, and I've always liked their blancos. It is Buttery, fruity, silky, cooked agave with a nice long finish, and still machismo - good stuff!!!

Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: 090623B2, bottled on 30-06-2023, tasted on 11-4-23. The lote code is exactly the same as El Traidor blanco produced in the same distillery with marbete from 2011, although flavor profile is very different. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light acidity, slightly earthy. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, but it is less expressive than the nose. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, earthy note and with light acidity persists. It has a slightly cloying sensation at the very end.

Purchased in Mexico. Easy. Falls into the average range. Maybe non descript is a better description. I'm not disappointed but I'm not wowed. If a friend brought this over, he would still be my friend.

I am quite a fan of 1459 and some of their products. This one is quite good as well. Agave. butter, smoke, pepper. Not disappointed at all.

Los Tres Toños blanco Is a very good tequila for the price, I paid about 250 pesos for the 500ml at El Búho un Tlaquepaque. Not the most interesting Blanco but it does the job, it's good for sipping and mixing with squirt or whatever you or your friends feel like and nobody would feel offended. Smell: it's cooked agave all the way nothing much going on, a hint in of grass very mild and relaxed smell. Taste: here again sweet cooked agave but no too much, the right amount of sweetness. Not very complex. Finish: Easy drinking not too much after taste and disappears quickly without any harshness.

Good nose, white pepper and cooked agave but it goes downhill from there, very light agave on the palate and a hot and chemical finish. Rated blind.

Tasted like a lot of additives. Wet grass, fruity and wet cement on the nose. Butter, lemon and yeast in the mouth. Not too much of a finish. Herbal and solvent.
