Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, at first it has a gas sensation that dissipates after 15 minutes in the glass, slightly earthy, light citrus, herbal. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, light black pepper. Earthy note is more intense through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave, light citrus, light herbal and a hint of earthiness persists.
