Nice vegetal aroma with fresh agave, cut grass and mint. The flavor has a little pepper spice but not much else. Finish is short.
This one was a disappointment. For presentation, the Arroyo Negro has a nice throwback bottle (glass with a small hoop handle and metallic label) that you don’t see much any more and great vegetal aroma. I was hoping for a nice traditional blanco but the flavor and finish are very blah.
